At Dayang’s Art, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in creating our embroidered products, whether they are pre-made or custom orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy applies under the following conditions:

  • Non-Custom Products: Items that are not personalized or custom-made can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unused and original condition.

  • Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the product is defective or incorrect based on the original request.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at dayang@dayangsart.com with your order number and the reason for your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Approval: Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and approve eligible returns. We will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Non-Custom Products: A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Custom Products: If the custom product is found to be defective or incorrect, we will either remake the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at [Your Email] and we will assist you with the process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect).

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at dayang@dayangsart.com with your order details and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
